Ingredients:
One litre of milk.
One litre single cream.
Sugar.
Syrup.
Ground Biscuit.
Instructions:
First, heat the ¾ litre of milk, the single cream and 8 tablespoons of sugar.
Then, mix everything and heat.
Next, pour ¼ of milk into the bowl and four packets of curd and beat it all together.
After that, put the mixture in a container with the ground biscuit on top.
Then , leave to cool in the fridge all day.
Finally, turn over and pour the syrup on top.
Ready to serve.
